At Melvory we always do our best to ensure your parcel arrives to you safely, but just in case the unforeseen happens, we can now offer our customers transit protection for your peace of mind.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS POLICY
Parcels lost in transit
If your parcel is not delivered within the normal time frames specified by Australia Post, please contact the customer service team for help. An investigation may take up to 7 business days but once the courier company has confirmed it is a "missing parcel", Melvory will replace any items that are still available in the warehouse and credit you for the items we no longer have. Please note we DO NOT refund. This policy offers a replacement of items and a credit ONLY. If you no longer wish to get replacement items you can opt for a full credit.
Parcel delivered to incorrect address
If your parcels tracking says it has been delivered to the incorrect address and we are unable to retrieve the parcel, we will deem this as a "missing parcel" and you will be covered by this policy. Items will be credited or replaced if available. No refund will be given.
Parcel damaged in transit
Should your parcel arrive and be damaged in any way by Australia Post, we will replace the items if available. Should we not have the item available you will be given a store credit. You will need to contact customer service to arrange to send your parcel back to be assessed by the Returns Department who will make a decision in regards to your case.
NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY
Customer has provided incorrect address
If the customer provides the incorrect address and the parcel is delivered, we will not be responsible to recover this item or pay any damages/offer replacements. This is NOT covered by the policy.
Parcel safe dropped and stolen
If your parcel is Safe Dropped but then stolen from the premises, we will NOT be responsible for any damages or replacements of items. If you are unsure if your parcel will be safely left at your address, please always opt to have a signature on delivery by adding an order note. If theft has occurred at your premise post-delivery, you may need to lodge a police report.
OPTING OUT OF PARCEL PROTECTION
You may choose not to have parcel protection by removing this item from your cart. Please note that by choosing to do so, any parcel loss or damage during transit will not be covered by this policy.

The hemp seed butter is really nice!
My 9 month old had a little eczema flare up on his face. I applied the butter after bath time for 2 days and the redness and dryness was gone! Super moisturising!
I also got another jar for my dry cracked heels. I’ve applied every day for 5 days now and it’s slowly getting better.

My son starting to break out on his arms in what we were told was discoid eczema. We tried all the most common creams and nothing seemed to settle it. It became inflamed and red and started to spread more on both arms. Although skeptical to try, this has been the only thing to settle my son’s eczema flare up! Only down side is that the smell is quite strong

"For a couple of months, we have been battling itchy and flaky skin on my little 10-month-old's all over her body. Was attempted delivery on Friday 12/06 the driver flat out lied and said the property was not accessible we have no front fence, no gate and I was home all day.
On the day of delivery Monday 15/06 they driver threw the package at the door I heard the band inside the house I was stocked nothing was broken, no point paying for package protection when delivery company doesn’t care at all about the items

What can I say about this but amazing! I stopped using these products cause I was silly and my face went downhill real fast! I regretted that I stopped using them and I have came back with my tail between my legs and after one week of using these products my face has cleared up and baby smooth! Have been using just over a week now and I have noticed a massive improvement in our 5 month old. He’s easier to put to sleep come bed time and falls into a deeper sleep and now mostly sleeping through the night with little to no restlessness. Any restlessness we are able to pacifier and he’s straight back to sleep.
The entire range that I have tried so far, is nothing short of amazing! My 21 year old daughter is absolutely loving the range as well, as it is the only brand that has worked for her dry skin and breakouts. I can't recommend these products highly enough.

My favourite products that I use every day are the avo lip butter, blueberry serum and green tea cleanser. The cleanser leaves my face feeling fresh but not dry. And the serum moisturises my face without it feeling oily, and smells delicious too.

It smells nice. A lot of sensitive skin stuff smell horrid. This is nice, applies well. Not thick which I like. Inflammation has settled but we have had to use a steroid first and then the butter. I was able to reduce the usage of the steroid which is what I wanted. Frequent use of the butter is necessary for results.
