At Melvory Skincare, we believe we provide organic, natural, gentle and non-irritating products for the skin. However, please read the following disclaimer:
• Content on our website, social media and messages exchanged with us are provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. Product information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Comments and feedback about product effectiveness are based on customer, staff and family opinions and should not be substituted for medical care. While many of our feedbacks have been positive, individual results may vary.
• Melvory Skincare is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Please remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. We do recommend performing a patch test when trying any new skincare products. Please perform the patch test on the leg or arm, and not on the face when testing out. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.
• Some of our products may contain nuts, or traces of nuts. Please consult a healthcare provider if you are allergic to nuts prior to using our products or if you have any questions about a particular health condition.

By purchasing something from us and/or accessing our website, you have read the Disclaimer Statement and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
At any time, Melvory Skincare reserves the right to correct any product availability, pricing, description, shipping charges or offer errors (including errors in transit times) on our website without prior notice, and to cancel any orders as a result of such errors (including after you have submitted your order).
Product availability, pricing and offers are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time. We are not liable to you or any other party for the impact of such changes. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. At any time, we also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
All prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars (unless otherwise indicated). Please note that Melvory Skincare reserves the right to change or update prices without prior notice.
We are not liable to you or any other party for the impact of such changes.
Melvory Skincare accepts payment via credit card, PayPal and AfterPay.
Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of goods.
ORDERS, SHIPPING & CANCELLATION
When you place an order for the first time, you will be asked to create a customer username and password. By signing-up as a customer, you will assist in ensuring that any future orders you place will be dispatched as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You can also order without creating a customer account, by selecting to sign in as a guest.
We are not liable for any products not received due to an incorrect shipping address being provided. Hence, please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at the time of placing an order.
Subject to payment of your order, property and risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address.
No cancellations or amendments to an order are permitted once payment is received and the order has been submitted. Promo codes cannot be swapped, combined or amended once a transaction is finalized on the website. It is the responsibility of a customer to check that their order, shipping information and any discount code entered is correct prior to submitting an order. Once an order has been submitted online, changes cannot be made.
HANDLING & DELIVERY TIMES
To ensure freshness, Melvory Skincare products are handmade fresh with love in small batches. As a result, depending on availability of our products, we will do our best to keep handling times within 1-4 business days.
We take the utmost care to use a consistent production method for our products, using a professionally crafted formula, but there may still be slight variation between batches in relation to consistency, appearance or scent, due to the fact that we use mainly raw and unrefined natural ingredients that have not gone through chemical processing (such as bleaching). For example, some batches of beeswax are more ‘golden’ in appearance than others. Batch variation can also be due to seasonal variability of the natural ingredients that we source from our suppliers.
Orders shipped within Australia should be received within 2-7 business days after dispatch, but as this depends on your location, please check the Australia Post website to estimate delivery times. Please note that we are not liable for any deliveries not received in this time frame, as they exist as a guide only. Lost items will be replaced at our discretion, on a case by case basis.
During the ordering process, please select ‘Express Post’ if you need a product delivered quickly, which will incur an additional cost.
International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import duties (including VAT and any processing fees) imposed by your country of residence.
Note: Melvory Skincare will use its best endeavors to deliver the goods to your nominated delivery address within the time period specified at the time of placing your order. However we will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Melvory Skincare, we strongly believe in the high quality of our products, and want you to love our products as much as we do. Before using any of our products, always ensure that you read the product description carefully and the directions for use on the product label. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products.
Melvory Skincare is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Please remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. A refund may be organized on a case by case basis. A refund request may be submitted via email only, and if you are entitled for a refund, the product(s) must be returned to our PO Box. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds are provided in the form of store credit should a product be faulty, broken or leaking. Personal care products such as cleansers, shampoos, creams and serums cannot be reused and therefore cannot be returned or be refunded due to change of mind.
While we have many positive feedback for our products, we understand that skin care is a personal choice. For this reason, we encourage first time customers to purchase a trial size product to try out. Many of our products do come in travel/mini sizes. We do view every enquiry on a case by case basis. If you should return a product to us, please ensure that the product is properly bubble-wrapped and protected. A broken product received can delay or omit your refund completely.
A returned product will be thoroughly checked and tested before a refund can be processed. Processing time of a refund may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
In the event that Melvory Skincare deems a product to be faulty (A faulty product is defined as one which has arrived to the customer damaged), Melvory Skincare will refund the customer the value of the faulty product/s, including any postage costs. A customer must communicate the fault within 2 days after receiving the products.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
At this stage, due to the nature of our products, Melvory Skincare cannot allow product exchanges or product returns if a customer changes his/her mind. Due to hygiene, safety and stability reasons, personal care products that have left our warehouse cannot be resold or reused for another customer. We advise that first time customer buy a trial/travel size product for a start.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Melvory Skincare, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
