Carefully formulated without preservatives, synthetic fragrances or harsh ingredients, so you can feel confident using it at every nappy change.
Apply onto baby’s bottom after every diaper change.
This balm is also effective for cradle cap. Apply a small amount onto baby’s scalp 1-2 hours before bath time. The balm softens the scales and can be removed gently in the bath using a wet wash cloth.
1. What is the shelf life of this product? Approx 20 months.
2. Does this contain essential oils? No, it doesn't. Hence it can also be used as an overall moisturiser for newborns and also for people sensitive to essential oils.
3. I'd like to use a natural balm to keep my baby's skin hydrated. Can I use this? Absolutely! It is a soft and smooth gentle balm that works very well as a moisturiser. All you'll need to do is rub some onto baby's skin after bath time to keep his skin well hydrated.
4. Can this balm be safely used with cloth nappies? Yes! We use cloth nappies in our home too. And this balm is every cloth nappy's best friend and will not ruin it.

I've been using the Baby Bum Balm on my 9 month old consistently for a few weeks now, and the ability this product has to simultaneously soothe and protect the skin amazes me. This downplays nappy rash so quickly. Love it.
Buttery soft, melt on your skin type of balm that actually works wonders. We use it for universal balm as my daughter is now 4yo with eczema prone skin.
My baby has a bad diaper and this balm definitely soothes my baby's bum. I immediately purchased the bundle after trying this balm. I also use it on my baby cradle cap. It smells good too.
This bum balm is the absolute best! Prevents any rashes and also best thing for dry skin and cradle cap. I buy this as a gift for all my friends when I can!
After horrible rashes with my first baby and trying different cream with no luck, I have had zero rash with my second baby using this balm.
It has the right amount of thickness, not too greasy but still glides on smoothly. Smells and feels better than any zinc cream, and more importantly, unlike zinc cream which dries my baby’s skin, this balm hydrates and moisturises the skin!
It also works on cradle cap and any dry patches.

Absolutely love the Baby Bum balm. Have been using it on my son since birth and he is now almost 4!
It’s oily textures lubricates the skin and acts like a barrier, allowing any number twos to wipe off easily. My son has never had any significant nappy rash.

Totally devastated with my baby nappy rash, I think I bought almost all the chemist nappy barrier cream brands and nothing works. We tried everything, from not using pampers, air dry my baby bum every change, went to doctor. My daughter is 17 months old and attends childcare.
Every time she came home from the center, her nappy rash would get really bad — to the point where it caused open wounds.
We tried switching creams, even though both were well-known and trusted products.
But nothing seemed to calm her skin.

Baby Bum was recommended to me by a friend, I brought one jar initially, it worked so well on my grandsons bottom rash, that I ordered another 3 jars. Soft, light and transparent, glides on beautifully and knowing it’s made from all natural products, I had no hesitation on using it on a baby’s skin.

I bought the travel baby bum for my hospital stay to try it out and loved it. It’s gentle on baby’s skin and it makes it easy to clean when things get soiled. I then bought the larger version and once I’m done with that , I’ll get the bundle of Baby Bums to use on her body (problem areas and areas that need moisturiser). It’s a multifunctional balm.
I just re-ordered as we have almost ran out of our first jar of baby bum balm. This is my third baby and I wish I had this with my first two babies. It’s the most incredible nappy balm I have ever used I will never use a different one again. Highly recommend!
This balm has a waxy texture but it doesn’t leave an oily residue. Feels lovely on my baby’s skin. It’s been great for my baby’s bum! The moment there’s a hint of rash we just slather the balm on his bum and voila rashes are gone.
Have been using since bub was born and she's now almost 2. Very easy to apply and smells like honey. I do find when the bum rash is really bad from certain poos, I do prefer to use zinc oxide paste and it clears up a lot quicker. But this is our go-to for daily use and when she was under 1 and didn't have such nasty poos, she didn't really develop much bum rash.
