Physical Scrub
Exfoliating is a great way to shed the old and embrace the new! By adding this into your skincare regime, it helps to improve the appearance of your skin, by unclogging pores, evening skin tone, and leaving your skin freshly cleansed and ready to soak up all of your other Melvory products!
The key word when it comes to exfoliation is GENTLE, and our Dragon Fruit Face Scrub was designed with sensitive skin in mind.
Our unique formula uses Jojoba Beads, which are made from 100% natural Jojoba Wax. These beads are much more moisturising than regular exfoliators, and help to maintain the skin's natural pH balance instead of stripping it from its natural oils. They have a super soft texture – imagine rolling bubble tea pearls across your face! Trust us, it’s delightful!
The inclusion of these Jojoba Beads, along with Pumice, which is an all natural exfoliant, and the natural enzymes of Dragon Fruit and Papaya, will ensure that your skin is glowing in no time!
Fruit Enzyme Peel
Not only does the Dragon Fruit Face Scrub act as a physical scrub, it also works as a fruit enzyme peel.
An enzyme peel is an amazing treatment for your face, which uses fruit enzymes to help shed your skin of dead skin cells – and it’s all natural! Our Face Scrub utilises Dragon Fruit and Papaya enzymes, which are less irritating than traditional chemical peels & will leave the surface of your skin feeling amazing.

How does a Fruit Enzyme Peel work?
Imagine PacMan chomping gently away at the dead skin cells on the top layer of your skin – that’s what a fruit enzyme peel helps to do! Once these cells have dissolved, your skin will feel fresh and clean, and ready to absorb your serum, face cream and/or face oil. This product will make the rest of your skincare work even harder for you – how great is that?

Many mainstream scrubs use nasty chemicals and microplastic beads within their exfoliating products. While these beads are tiny in size, they have a massive impact on the environment. You might not notice an invisible microbead disappearing down the drain, but millions of them make their way into our bodies of water every single day. They have been shown to cause a concerning amount of damage to our oceans, and are extremely harmful to our marine life.
Microbeads = a big no-no!

How do I use my new Dragon Fruit Face Scrub?
First things first, when we say scrub, we don’t mean REALLY scrub. There’s no need to use force when using your Dragon Fruit Face Scrub―unlike scrubbing your dishes while you’re washing up, scrubbing your face harder will not give you better results.
Go gently, applying to damp skin using circular motions. Leave the product on your skin for up to 5 minutes to allow the natural fruit enzymes to properly dissolve those dead skin cells on the surface. You can then wash the Scrub from your face with water, and voila – all done!
For best results, finish your skincare regime with our Blueberry Vitamin C Serum, followed by your Face Cream of choice, and our Super Berry Face Oil, for maximum glow!
How often should I use it?
There’s no need to exfoliate your skin on a daily basis―in fact, over-exfoliating can actually damage your skin barrier instead of soothing it! We recommend exfoliating 2-3 times a week, to remove any accumulation of dead skin cells and leave your skin feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and radiant!
If you have super sensitive skin, try starting once a week and see how your skin feels. When it comes to skincare, there is no one size fits all approach, so it’s important that you find a routine that works with your skin type and with your schedule.
