Your points will start to accumulate from the moment you sign up to Melvory's new Rewards Program. Our new Rewards Program does not take into account any previously completed orders.
Unfortunately in order to get the points, you must log in to your account when you place the order. We cannot back-date points or amend orders once they have been finalised.
Thank you for referring a friend to Melvory! You will receive a $10 voucher (*minimum spend is $50) the moment your friend places an order using the unique referral code that you sent to them.
Your birthday points will be added into your account when it is your birthday. Please note that once you've entered your date of birth, it cannot be changed.
